A tribute to the King of Sport and King of Kindness
Sometimes there are people in this world who really make a difference and Les King was one of them. A man who dedicated so much of his life not only to sport but to those who were disabled or suffering through no fault of their own. His tireless efforts to raise money for causes he believed in cannot be underestimated and his kindness to those around him touched many people’s hearts. The King has gone but will never be forgotten especially by the Star Throwers charity which will always be indebted to him.

Welcome to Star Throwers - supporting people affected by cancer
Star Throwers is a cancer support charity in Norfolk dedicated to supporting people affected by cancer through providing advice on standard and non-conventional cancer treatment options, including clinical trials, and providing complementary therapies and counselling that enhance and support wellbeing whilst living with cancer, undergoing cancer treatment, or caring from someone with cancer.
We support people at any stage of their journey but are especially dedicated to helping those with late-stage or terminal cancer and have been told "there is nothing left that can be done" for them.
